Check the setting on the Core Server under Configure Services -Inventory -Software. There's a history setting there that probably is long enough to keep the software visible in your inventories. Turn off if you dont need the history at all. And a good 2012 to you too! Frank - Axle-IT
I have tried that, and I forced the machines to take inventory but I sitll get the same old record. I have also checked the registery if there is any remaining keys related to this software but it shows nothing too!
Did you tried a right click on your System and under Inventory Scan - Hardware and Software Scan?
Checked that the Scan worked and the file was uploaded to the Server and that the Date of the Scan changed?
Yes, I have done that. and it shows in the last date of inventory scan was today. However, in the inventory it still showing that the user have Dameware software installed in his Add/Remove Program!
That's really crazy isn't?
I got something lika that but i am not sure it s the same case.
Once, the database manager restart the SQL server where was my Landesk database.
He don't had tell me that he had restart the server. And none of our computers could update it's inventory on the server untill I restart my one LANDESK core server.
Then, after the restart of the core server, all the inventories had been mounted in the Landesk database.
Perhaps you could check if nobody has restarted your database server.
Hope it can helps
What is the date of the Last Software Scan. Be careful, not every scan checks installed software, it depends on what you have configured in 'Configure Services'

About restarting the server, I don't think this is the case. cause we already have done that.
And about the date, as I said in my previous post, I forced the computers to make scan and I date showing right after the scan finish. however the software still there.
Try these steps...
1. Make sure the LDAPPL3.INI file on the workstation is the same as on the core.
2. Force a full inventory scan witht /F /SYNC switches.
3. If it's still showing up, delete the workstation from inventory, run the scan again with the /F /SYNC switches
