    webAcess error

    Rookie

In Servicedesk 7.4 WebAccess self service, I have a basic End-User incident window. The incident creates fine but upon re-saving it gives an error saying,

There has been an unexpected error. Click Continue to return to the previous page.

String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.

I am attaching the screenshot of my incident window.

I would appreciate any insights anyone may be able to provide to help me troubleshoot.

I have set the Incident object not to be locked and now the error has disappeared. This is most certainly a bug as there is no indication anywhere in the webAccess documentation that the main object cannot be locked while using WebAccess.

            Hi

Yes perhaps that is a bug.  There are different options that can be selected for locking.  Please can you raise it as a support case with your support provider providing details on the locking settings that you mention.

            Best wishes
