Running a query for software isn't what you expect, I had the same problem ..... you can write custom data in the registry relative to the software packages you wish to query for "hklm\software\intel\landesk\inventory\custom data\"software package exists"
A better option would be to use Software license monitoring. There you can define a software package using the associated files and generate a report showing who uses the software on what machine and how often, including "never used".
did you try "Acrobat*" instead of "Acrobat" in your query?
You can use the asterisk as wild-card.
Modified the registry as editing the qualifier seemed like the logical thing to do. The change did not let me edit the qualifier so I am back to square one.
