OSD Image not deploying - no mapped drives

    Rookie

      Hello,

We are currently unable to build machines with OSD. We can go through the PXE menu and select the image to deploy from WINPE but then nothing happens, machine just sits with the LANDesk wallpaper.

When I open a console window I can see that there are no drives mapped. I can map the drives manually with the same credentials used in the deploy script and run imagew.exe to deploy the image via command line, which works fine. It was working fine yesterday and as far as I can see nothing has changed - however we DID have a network outage last night which brought the core switch down for a short time.

I have tried to look at the logs but they are no longer appearing in ldmain\osd\log

There is only one CJ-OSD log from today and that reads as follows:

      "Machine","CbaStatus","ExitCode","Duration","Begin","End","Command"
      "(OFF) BOH2-PUR-L00140","OFF","N/A","0:00:00","26/01/2012 11:20:28","26/01/2012 11:20:28","N/A"
      ; "Job Complete","0 Done","0 Failed","1 Off","0 Unknown"

The LANDesk Management Agent service is still running on the core.

As I can map to the drives manually I can rule out a problem with the account and the file paths?

Is there anything else I can try?

      Many thanks
