    Can't Remote because Gateway Mode is on

      Using LD9 sp2.

      I have a weird problem. Some computers from the management console when I try to remote they won't connect. I finally found out they are in Gateway mode. When I have


      the user switch to Direct mode it will work except after they reboot its back in gateway mode again.


      In registry key HKLM\software\intel\landesk\wuser32  Gateway is set to O (direct mode not 1 gateway mode)


      Anyone had this?
