You can see the logs inside Content Replication - Task History
Right Click on a Job and choose View Log
If you see a Empty Window - the Replication failed before sending a Log.
Sadly- empty window.

Most times we had problems with Replicators that had not the latest Agent.
So check and reapply latest Agent and try again.
You can also search for partial files (open files) on the Share, to check which File made trouble.
