    Missing calls

    Rookie

      Hoping someone can help with a puzzle.

      Every now and then after a call has been resolved it will not appear in the "all incident" search, but it will appear under the user search (after opening a different call, and filtering all calls from there).

      Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening?
