The DNS entry for the MDM server does not have to make the netbios name. During the installation of the MDM server it should ask you for the server name or ipaddress of the MDM server. You should enter the fully qualified DNS resolvable name there (mdm.company.com). This is what the agent is trying to use to connect to MDM. If you want to change that there are several entries in the web.config file located at c:\program files (x86)\landesk\mdm\web\enrollment\web.config.
The logs are located at c:\program files(x86)\landesk\mdm\data\logs. You can also look at the IIS log.
Thnax Jason, i reinstall all mobility setting pubilic IP and now it works great, i noted a strange think FYI: if i set only IP for Enrollment the device showed up an error like this:
unable to open https://publiciP/webenrollment/Web/android...XML file not found
unable to open https://publiciP/enrollment/android...XML file not found
unable to open https://publiciP/Web/Enroll/ld-android...XML file not found
It tries three path that do not exist anywhere, neither the XML filse; so where are theese redirections configured? and why it does not redirect to the correct path that we must set manually:
It is for backwards compatability. Older version used different web services. The client must be compatible with different versions of the MDM server.
