    Adding Configuration Items from within a ticket

      Right now if I want to add approved software to an end users list of configuration items I have to go to Administration > Users > End User > Search and then use Add/Remove Configuration Item.

       

      Is there a way to create a link either on the  End User form OR on the Incident form that will automatically take me to the Add/Remove Configuration Item for the user?.

       

      We are currently using TP 7.4
