    Article Effectiveness setting


      The article effectiveness rating in our Dev is working, however it is not working in our Prod environment.


      When I open an article up in Portal, it should increase by 10.  But when I look at the search results screen, it says Effectiveness 0.  Knowledge is being rebuilt nightly and has completed normally for a week now.  We did have some problems recently, so we have done a server reboot and repurged knowledge.  But none of the articles are reflecting any Effectiveness rating and some have been in here for years.  We are planning on upgrading to 7.5 in the next few months, but want to roll this feature out in the next week or so.


      Any ideas?
