Which device & browser is this on?
This is on an iPOD and iPAD using Safari.
I'll try on a different browser on the same devices and try to get hold of a different device and see what it looks like.
I've used Mobile Webdesk on both an Ipod and Ipad without seeing this issue - would it be possible to raise a Support case about this so we can work with you to discover what the difference is?
We have found that this is happening when the Category has protection level set to "Read Only".
This will be logged as a problem with Mobile Portal and forwarded over to our Product Management. A workaround for this would be to either not have it set as a read only attribute or to use a different attribute type, such as a string attribute, depending on the set up you are having and how the value is being populated in the Category field.
Thanks Jenny. Some good news ia that early tests are indicating that this will be fixed in the next release due to the fact that we are upgrading some of the technology that mobile webdesk is using (JQuery Mobile).
