    Automatically email helpdesk manager on VIP incidents


      Our helpdesk manager wants to be emailed whenever an incident is created by certain users.  What is the best way to accomplish this.  I created an attribute on End User for "Auto Alert HD Manager" but I'm not able to access it as an attribute when i use the decision tool in the designer.  Now I'm thinking there might be a much easier way to accomplish this then re-designing objecs and processes.


      Any help would be much appreciated.
