It 's amazing! I created this package too, and I didn't have this message.
- Does it appears when you try to save the package?
- Do you use a n UNC path or a html one?
One thing is sure, when you will succeeds in creating the package, each time it will be launched in a scheduled task, the task appears as failed. But that is normal.
Oops I forgets to tell you that I had copied the UninstallWinClient.exe file in my packages distribution folder. So I didn't used the ldmain sharing folder. And it is working fine.
Thanks for your input, however I still can't get it to work..
Yes the error appears when I try to save the package... any suggestion?
I made a search for you.
Please have a look on this page...
Actually I think you had an issue on the returns code for your application distribution, and so probably on your database. Then I think you should better open a new case on the Smart service Portal : http://community.landesk.com/support/community/smartservice.
I hope it could help you.
ahh, so the problem was my db.. thanks Gilles!
Thanks a lot for your approval.
Have a nice day.
