OSD Capture causing reboot immediately following winPE screen

I have a strange issue occuring.  I have a OSD Capture script   set up I then boot into WinPE and Run the Capture script from the PE menu it shows a couple of command prompts that flash up the the loadbar pops up just like it is working and then the machine reboots almost immediately

Whats going on with this thing? It has been working the only things I changed were some of the local settings inside the OS, nothing in the capture rules.

      Here is the log.
