When both XP SP3 and LD9 SP3 are installed on a machine, the LD AV real-time scanning will not initialize. It tries and then goes to disabled.
If we remove XP SP3, it will run OK. We have tried several things including reinstalling the AV portion afterwards using vulscan /removeav and then vulscan /installav.
We also did it by doing a new LD Security configuration. No joy...
In addition, a new LD9 SP3 client rollout to the affected machines had no affect.
Any attempt to start the Real-time protection results in "Unrecognized Failure: (0x80004005)"
The LD AV Service is running.
Any idea what I'm missing here?
