    LanDesk skips Reference Numbers in Incidents


      Hi guys, I'm kind of new here in Landesk Administration, so I'm trying to see if I can get help from others in this user community.


      The problem is that Reference Numbers in our Incident Process seems to "skip" over quite a bit of numbers, I'll attach the reference numbers pulled from our database to show the problem.


      May I ask what can cause this?
