A few months back I created some new fields in which to populate discrete date values to make WebDesk stats and charts easier. This is done via simple calcs.
We have "Hour Logged", "Day Logged" and "Month Logged" - giving us values such as "10", "Tuesday" and "July"
Our Service Desk really like these as it means they can knock up quick comparitive stats within the product, as they don't have to manipulate date and time fields to extract such values.
They've now asked me to backfill these to 18 months ago.
Unfortunately a scheduled batch calculation won't run on Closed calls.
Anyone know a clever way around this?
