I've assigned 2 actions to a Desktop Analyst role, however when I log in as a Desktop Analyst and attempt to use these actions they are not displaying. The module is Incident Management\Task Incident.
I've attempted removing the Actions, IIS Resetting, then re-applying the Actions and IIS Resetting once again, but to no avail.

I've also attempted to identify Privilege based issues using the attached SQL script (Identify conflicting role privileges.sql) but this did not show up any errors with Incident.
Has anyobody else encountered problems with Privileges and does anyone have any suggestions?
