after upgrading from service desk 7.3.2 to 7.5 we are having an issue on the main incident window. the name label which is used in conjunction with the raise user field is hyperlinked and on selecting this in 7.3.2 this would launch an administration window with the user tab already selected. from here the analyst can create an end user on the fly if one doesn't exist. since upgrading if there is no end user selected (which would typically be the case) this doesn't responed. it can still be accessed but an end user must be selected within the name field before the hyperlink responds. the analyst can then igore the end user record opened and launch the create new end user action from this window.
i was comparing and contrasting 7.3.2 to 7.5 in the window manager against this label field and the 7.5 has less properties (copy on, size dropdown etc.)
