Are there separate licenses that need to be purchased for the use of the Management Console, specifically the Remote Control feature? Is this included in our Management Suite licenses/nodes?
Attached is a screen shot of our Product Licensing. We have 282 licenses for the Management Suite and Security Suite, of those we would like 10-12 with access to the Console; 5 Help Desk with full use of the Console and 7 Analysts limited to only Remote Control if that is possible.
So do we need to purchase extra licenses just for the Remote Control portion of the Management Console or do our current licenses cover additional users to the Console?
I guess we would need to setup a special profile in LANDesk for those users that need to have limited functionality of the Console.
