We just started using this product and I found an article here http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-2397 , on how to scan for and repair client brokerconfig certificates. While this is working for us, I went to a client a looked at the gateway information tab in c:\program files\landesk\ldclient\brokerconfig.exe When I looked at the tabs in it, our gateway's internal address was posted in it. Shouldn't that have the gateway's external address? Otherwise how do our external clients know where to look. So far I have this deployed to 3 test laptops and all 3 have this same info. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I looked at my Management Gateway configuration and saw where I messed up, I had our internal address specified in the Gateway public IP Address. I have fixed that, but now how do I get our network connected laptops to update with this new info?
Deleted certificate from gateway and republished from management gateway wizard. Reran the steps from the article posted in my original post, and all clients got the update.
