Some of our users at a remote site are not receiving patch updates. The log shows this message.
Failed: Could not download http://wcblandesk/LDLogon/patch/silverlight5.1.10411.0.exe
I know that file is there. I am unable to navigate to that web address from the browser on the computer as well. I thought it could be a firewall issue but there is at least one computer in that same location that is getting through. Does anyone know the ports besides 80 that would be used in this situation?
What is the best way to troubleshoot this problem so I can figure out what this issue is? As far as I can tell it is only at one remote site. Thanks.
