I know this will be something simple but I can't work it out !!!
I created a Template where Servicedesk staff (Analysts) just choose and action which then generates the reminder and closes the request, it's been working fine for months.
However, I recently added a new Action called, Authorise - Reset VM Password, in (what I thought) was the same way, but for some reason it's not showing for Analysts but it is for Administrators. I'm being told it has nothing to do with views. Does anyone have any suggestions?
