Check your license-screen... Is your AV subscription still valid?
I had a look at the licenses; we have one that's expired, and one that says no expiry date (for the AV component).
We started a manual update of the AV, and it shows that it's completed, but the last update date is still showing the 24th of last month. It was set to the US servers, so we change it to Europe (just to check) but it shows that the update completed correctly, but still no change in the date of the defs.
Your AV license is expired. Contact your LANDesk reseller to renew your license. The license that never expires is for the software. The expired license is for the definition updates which has to be renewed each year.
Ah, too true. I only glanced at them both and thought they were the same.
We only upgraded out licenses last month, looks like this one was missed.
