I have inserted the process approver call into my emails that go out to the customers once a incident is created. An action in my process generates these.
These emails go out with no issues to the end users and the proper link is displayed so that they can go to the webdesk and see the incident.
I then in turn would like to have this link generated by process approver added to the reminders that go out to our analysts when a ticket is updated or an SLA is breaching etc.
When I add the process aprover information to the reminder windows the emails that are generated only show the full process approver generic link with no GUID filled in etc. Therefore the link in these emails do not send us to that specifit incident but rather error out.
Any ideas on how to properly accomplish this?
