I have a assigned task and within this process is an action to fill out the a service center call collection object with Call Reference Number. The service center call is a Task Incident collection, what I want to do is copy the Call Reference Number back to a field on the incident I do not seem to be able to get this to work at all, i have tried even just creating a field in the Task incident and getting the Call Reference copied to that no luck. Please help.
So you just want it to display on there? What you might be able to do is make a relationship from Call Management to Incident (saying No to the question because you don't want a collection created) and then once that relationship is created you should just be able to pull the cm_id field onto your Incidnet.
