Hopefully somewhere there is some documentation on how all the tables are linked together.
Intially we are just looking to export incident details to a spreadsheet. The columns within incidents that we require initially are
Who it was logged by
The Date logged
Who is was closed by
Which analyst it was assigned to
Whether call has been assigned to a third party
Scania GB LTD
If you write a query with those attributes on it or add those to an existing query in LDSD then you can export the list directly to a spreadsheet.
