    How to delete a note from an incident?


      I am trying to delete a note from an incident whilst logged in as SA


      However, as you can see on the screenshot, the option is greyed out


      I am viewing the Note collection from a tab/query at the bottom of our incident window - I did try deleting from the Tree view but there is no delete option


      We are running Service Desk 7.4


      Can anyone help?
