If this is for the self service side, you login as an administrator to webdesk and check out the system settings on the main menu bar. There you can select from existing colour schemes, copy and create new ones.
This is for the self service portal and Web Analyst. I have tried copying an existing scheme, but I cannot add new colours or change the existsing setting to new colour codes. The account I am using is in the Administrators role and I have been able to do this previously on a test environment using the SA account. Does this need to be carried out by the SA.
Got a resolution.
If I login as SA on the console I can make the changes. The administrator group my standard account is in does not have th full rights.
