    Can we set a Time interval to allow Re-Open action

      Hi All,

       

      We have a reopen action after close status in the incident process. Our requirement is, can we disable reopen action if the incident closure date is greater than 5 days.

      That is if closure date is greater than 5 days then reopen action should not be listed in  available actions. If yes how could we achieve this?
