When an end-user uses the Service Catalogue, by default you can request services for yourself, or for users that you are the manager of, as shown in the attached image:
I was wondering if there is any way to change this drop-down? We have business unit exec-officer staff that quite often request access for staff in their branch, but they are not the manager of the staff and so they could not use the Service Catalogue/Shopping Cart as it currently stands.
Is there a normal system filter on this drop-down that I can simply edit? Or is there another way around this issue?
