    Drop down not populating in Web Desk



      I'm having an issue with a drop down box we are using for our analysts incident window.  Currently we have a response level field that is mandatory for them to fill out.  Using the console they are able to populate this field and progress the incident.  However, when using web desk nothing shows up in the drop down box so they can't work the ticket from there.  All of the other drop down boxes seem to work fine in the web desk.  Any ideas?


      We are using service desk 7.5 with no SP.
