    Automatically create a (daily) Incident via Schedule Manager



      I had an interesting request this morning.

      One of our customers asked if we could automatically generate a daily Incident with 'some' fixed text that would be used to determine that incoming work is being correctly checked.

      They don't want to use email to do this but actually want something recorded in the system.

      I can't think how to do this - does anyone know how I would go about providing this,
