Please make sure that the software uninstall was successful (check add and remove, folders, exes, etc....). Then make sure that the client has a recent software inventory scan. Check and make sure that the software is not appearing in the inventory record.

I have run the software inventory scan as well as check the check add and remove, folders, exes, etc, my client is ask question me that if we have unistalled or remove particular software why than reporting is wrong. Hence to answer his question I need to understand How LAndesk keep track or maintain info about Uninstalled Software.
So are you running a report or are you running a query? I very seldom use LANDesk reports so if you are using a report, please let me know what specific report. If you are running a query let me know what inventory attributes you are using to generate the information.
LANDesk by default saves software history for 30 days. You can configure this by opening a LANDesk Console on the core server and go to Configure - Services - Inventory - Software
