We are working to convert from LANDesk Service Desk 7.4 to 7.5.1.
I have a dev box and am logging in as SA in order to run a bulk chang to replace all email addresses with a fake one (email service is turned on for other testing so I don't want to accidently email an end user with old info from the dev instance)
I choose Module: System, Business Object - User, run action and then enter a fake email address in the email. When I run the bulk action I get this message:
ORA-02291: integrity constraint (SDESK.FKEY$TPS_USER$USERPW) violated - parent key not found
Any insite will be helpful.
