I bet your e-mail is HTML. If you copy and paste the HTML code into a non HTML field, it all runs together. The opposite is also true. Seems to me that there is an Enhancement Requests (or several) that deal with text fields to be HTML or non HTML. In your case, you would be want the query to show the text as HTML and not as formatted text and it would look better.
Exactly. Just seems cleaner if you could set that somewhere. Maybe it'll be addressed soon.
