Within our Incident Window, when you click on Assignments in the process tree all they show in proper chronological order (see attached). But when I open a Request window and look at Task Assignments they're all over the place (see attached).
In Object Designer both Tree Node Description Attributes are set to:
Process Assignment Serial No
I'm sure I'm missing something glaringly obvious (it's been a long day) but I can't work out how to get the Request Task Assignments in order.
Any help greatly appreciated
