We have errors on knowledge management searching. This is something we have never used in my organisation and have had these issues for at least two years since we upgraded to 7.3.2 (Which at the time was not addressed due to us now using the system).
However I have been tasked with trying to get the knowledge management module working and functioning appropriately for our organisation and I am struggling with one particular error
On the knowledge management search when anyone enters a search phrase and presses search the following error comes up
Access to the path Touchpaper.Framework.Common.NamedReaderWrtierLock.FreeTextSearchIndexReadWriteLock.Mutex is denied.
Can anyone shed any light on this issue please?
