I have the action Create Incident, when clicked ,the incident form opens but when you try to save, you get:
Error invoking business function. Only one business function can be invoked in a single tranaction.
Do you have this as a manual action? I think it can only be an automatic action, so in the process you'd have say a manual windowless action of Create Incident from Request and then this is followed by the auto action Create Incident which you have populated in process designer with runtime values taken from Request.
I have tried it as a manual and auto action and still have an issue.
Works for me. Our standard OOTB processes have a 'transfer to incident' and a 'transfer to request' function built in. In an incident the person clicks a windowless action to fire off the transfer and an automatic action then creates a request, value types the fileds needed into the requst and closed the incident.
Nothing fancy so perhaps you could pop up a snippet of your process?
I had a blonde moment. Although I put tyhe appropriate optial actions at the correct place, one forgot to actually specify a process to use at "create". Done so now so all is fine... PEBKAC error. (Problem Exists Between Keyboard And Chair!)
