    Creating Service Request from Incident



      My Incident is in the 'In Progress' state. At this stage we need to create a request for some service. So I use the action 'Create Request'. Process seems to be fine. However when we log the incident and select the create request action, Request screen opens up. But when try to save that 'The Request has changed status and the action you selected is no longer available' message is displayed...


      Anybody can help us?
