LD Services Desk on Windows 7 (64bit) running SD 32bit application

    Rookie

I am trying to install LD Service Desk 7.3.0 onto one of our laptops, running Windows 7 (64bit).  We are getting the following message when trying to launch application.  We installed it using our Admin accounts and we can launch the application while logged into that account, however when we log onto pc as our regular user we are having problems.  There are other laptops that we have installed this successfully so we are assuming that there is something stopping it on this pc???  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.  Tammy Bowley
