Can you run it manually? Is it a stand-alone MSI or does it need other files also? Also, check the properties of the file. It might be 'blocked' by downloading it from an untrusted site. If all seems ok, turn on MSI logging with the deployment by adding /l* <logfile>
In addition 16389 usually is a permissions problem on the share, Make sure domain computers has read access to the share.
I have check with permission for the file, it have read access to the share. Even then for this particular GD picture file SWD is not happen, Simultaneously have other software which are place in same folder with same rights are getting installed. Could you suggest me on this.
Could you please rename the MSI file name to a standard name ( Eg : "GdPicture.NET 9 Web Runtime.msi" --> "GdPicture_NET_9.msi" ) and try.
Also try with HTTP instead of shared path.
