Would that be the "Prevent launch of records" flag being set when you created the Query (added it to the Dashboard)? It is just above the "View list of Service Desk queries?" tick box so might have got selected by mistake.
I don't know if you can set it back to "No" after the event or if you need to recreate the Query (add it to the DB again).
But isn't "Prevent launch of records" property of WebDesk? On webdesk I can enter incident from my query result list published in same dashboard as in console. But in console - I cannot... And cannot find in console checkbox "Prevent launch of records"
Yep sorry - It was WebDesk I was thinking of.
We do everything in WebDesk with Console only being used for admin stuff.
If you open your query designer in your 32bit console, find the query and modify.
In the General Section of the query can you check the box for "Launch new window when double clicking results" and then set the drop down box associated with that to "Workspace"
Save the query and give that a try.
Apologies for not being more accurate with the option names, but I havent got a Service Desk client close at the moment, I might have the wording slightly wrong
It was what I was looking for! but by mistake in wrong query
