We had similar issues, go into the agent, uncheck the keyboard and bluetooth scanning items, re-push the agent and try again, let me know if that works
Thanks, tried it but it didnt sort the problem. It's an odd one considering we have it working on another machine with the exact same build but the majority dont work.
You can check if the mac osx device is able to resolve the core server and contact the core via ping.
In the agnet configuration you have a set value for the core server which is the one used.
I figured out the problem after I saw the crash report had localhost add the end of it.
The inventory scan process crashes when the ComputerName differs from the HostName, changed that and LocalHostName in terminal using scutil and it works fine now.
Confirmed as a fix after the same method sorted multiple Macs round the office.
