Are you by chance seeing this in WebDesk when selecting the user?
A quick reset of IIS on the servers providing WebDesk might resolve for you.
Haven't come across this behavious when using console, any change to a groups title field or other information is pulled through straight away.
Alot of things can be fixed with a reset of the web services though

I was using the regular thick client and didn't check in WebDesk -- but if found a work around that is tolerable.
With each division I have a field that indicates who to assign the call to based on locationa and division. All we have to do is manually change thatj field and it resolves the problem.
Not the most elegant resolution, but it worked.
Do you have groups associated with all users? If you change the Group name, it should automatically update within the User file. Could you post a couple of screenshots with what you mean?
