    Changes to Department in EndUsers Not Appearing in Ticket


      My agency has been reorganized and we are having to change department names.


      Its simple enough to change a customer name under groups in user management, but when I go to create a ticket (which pulls user data  from Ends Users in Users) the ticket still shows the old division name.


      I'm using LANDesk Service Desk 7.4 with Oracle.


      Is anyone aware of a simple way of make the changes come over?
