    Failed to update application list. LANDesk agent is not responding


      On my new installs of the agent, I am receiving this error when I try to install software throught the portal.  The funny thing is, on computers where I have already installed software through the portal, it works fine, Just on new systems where the portal has never been ran, do I get the error.  Any Ideas? version 9 SP3.
