We just installed landesk Management Suite 9.5. We are unable to receive alerts from the system. We have tried everything in the BKM monitoring and alerting. we have programmed the SMTP information correctly. The systems on the system are sending alerts but for some reason we can not receive emails on it. anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?

Do you have a sendemail.log in \program files (x86)\LANDesk\ManagementSuite?
Any more information in there?
Yes in the log file we have sendemail.exe started and the line below that is Sendemail.exe: Alert ID not specified
