Populate a RecipientReminder collection automatically within process designer

    Rookie

      Hello,

I would realy like to know if it is possible to populate a RecipientReminder recipient automatically wihtin the process designer when adding an automatic action "Add Reminder".

The need is to be able to store for example within a note or a process object a collection of recipient in order to be able to notify them when a process produce a reminder action.

      Thanks very much for feedback,

The problem is really that you cannot loop round and carry out a series of actions against each instance of a collection.  So you can populate a reminder with data automatically in a process, but you still need to 'do' this action several time.  There is one place where LANDesk did implement this looping facility in requests when you have a service catalogue bundle, but unfortunately it wasn't implemented as a generic feature.  It would be very handy if it was.

As an alternative you might want to look at the Add CC action which might do what you are after - this automatically notifies a list of people when the raise user gets an email.
