Here is what I have for that file:
The most likely cause of missing files (or access to files being denied) is ntfs streams. Please review this article on our community to learn more about it: http://community.landesk.com/support/docs/DOC-27337
Download streams [http://download.sysinternals.com/files/Streams.zip] and run it on the C:\ drive (and the drive that LDMS is installed to if different) AND the installation executable for Data Analytics. Basically, just run:
streams -s -d C:\
IF any streams are found, uninstall Data Analytics and install it again.
Let me know the outcome of this procedure.
Note: I attached several of the report files in a zip, but that may not help...

I've seen this happen because during time the physical path to /remote in inetpub changed and in the registry (look under Managed Planet) it still references the old path. In older MP versions it used to ask for the path, but in 9.5 it doesn't anymore, only looking at a previously entered path.
