    Escalation points not working

      Hi all

       

      Bit of a strange one. We have decided to make the config item field on our Incident Form mandatory as we want to ensure that we have a history of config item faults. When we have changed this all of the escalation point colour have stopped wotking in that any calls that were red and didnt have a CI in have changed to white even though we have replaced the config item with N/A.

       

      Any ideas
